A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for catering reservations. Final payment is due 14 days before your event. Holiday pre-orders may require full payment at checkout. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and delivery fees.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation. Order changes must be approved before the final payment deadline. Refunds will be provided when required by law.

🚗 Pickup & Delivery

Customers must provide accurate pickup or delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply. Customers are responsible for proper food storage and handling after receiving their orders.

Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, fish, and shellfish. Please notify us of allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

All food sales are generally final. For food safety reasons, prepared meals, catering orders, and holiday pre-orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for catering reservations. Final payments are due 14 days before the scheduled event. Refund requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Once food preparation begins, cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Holiday turkey and side dish pre-orders may require full payment at checkout. Orders are prepared specifically for each customer and are generally non-refundable once preparation begins.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery services have been completed.

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
